-How do you organize your groups, in terms of officer positions? Our group tries to spread out the responsibility by having many positions that are overseen by central directorship (ie in addition to directors, there is finance guy, webmaster guy, social event guy, etc).

-How do you pass on power to the next generation? Since we have just established ourselves as we are, we are still thinking of ways of picking the next set of officers and making sure things run smoothly in that regard. So far, we have thought about a system of nominations and elections, with voting by the whole group, though we're still trying to figure out some of the details.

I'd love to hear how other groups work! Thanks
